ROYAL GUARD
SANCTUARY FIRE EVACUATION PROCEDURES
The safety of the congregation is the number one priority in an emergency situation.
The Royal Guard members who are in the sanctuary, whether on duty or not become "Fire Marshals" and are responsible for the orderly evacuation of the congregation through the designated fire evacuation plan.
Each Royal Guard member at their duty station has a responsibility for the orderly evacuation of the congregation in their section.
Usher Duty Station 1 & 2:
Section P1 (right half) have people stand and face to their right and exit through door 2 turn left and exit building via outside glass doors turn left going to parking lot 1.
Usher Duty Station 3:
Section P1 (left half) face left and P2 (right half) stand and face right, exit through door 3, turn right and exit building via rotunda glass doors cross parking lot 2 to lots 3/4.
Usher Duty Station 4:
Section P2 (left half) face left and P3 (right half) stand and face right, exit through door 4, exit building via rotunda glass doors, cross parking lot 2 to lots 3/4.
Usher Duty Station 5:
Section P3 (left half) face left and P4 (right half) stand and face right, exit through door 5, make a left and exit building via rotunda glass doors, cross parking lot 2 to lots 3/4.
Usher Duty Station 6 & 7:
Section P4 (left half have people stand and face to their left and exit through door 6, turn right and exit building via glass doors, cross road to paring lot 9 (former peach orchard).
Usher Duty Station Balcony:
Exit via left door and cross hall to outside glass door, down ramp and cross road to lot 10 away from building.
